Jake has been with Heritage for almost 8 years after being hired on as a material delivery specialist in 2016. He was a material specialist and on-site project manager for his first 3 years, before transitioning to the sales team in 2019. He currently works as a residential and commercial sales specialist within Heritage. He takes great pride in his customer service and always strives to give the best possible experience from start to finish for the homeowner. He often says “there is a fine line between taking care of people or taking advantage of people in this industry” and he truly cares about taking care of people to the best of his ability. 

Originally from Parker, Colorado he now lives in Aurora with his beautiful wife and two little girls. He graduated from Legend high school in 2013 and was a 4-year varsity letter in baseball. Although he had some good sports accomplishments, he accredits being a “girl dad “ as his most valuable accomplishment in life thus far. 

He loves spending time with his family, friends, and watching just about any sport that may be on TV.
