Michelle Gramke is the Owner of Heritage Roofing & Contracting  along with the Director of Marketing and Advertising. Michelle graduated from Carthage College (Kenosha, WI) in 2001 and then attended University of Colorado for her Master's Degree in Educational Leadership & Administration and Colorado State University for her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Study. Michelle was a teacher, Assistant Professor, and school administrator before moving full time with Heritage. She has developed all the company's advertising, marketing, and community service initiatives. Michelle has published and presented locally and nationally about business standards, customer service, and women in leadership.
